It’s time to set this moth LOOSE.

Mothtown officially releases on 14th November, and so it’s time for a launch! If you’re close by, I’d LOVE to see you there.

At 7pm, on Thursday 16th November, at the Lit&Phil in Newcastle, I’ll be in conversation with award-winning writer Sarah Davy, accompanied by live-streamed drawing throughout from the wonderful Chris Riddell.

It’s actually my first in-person launch locally. With my poetry books I avoided having a launch as I was way too shy, and instead opted to support others at their launches and read at a few festivals too. And then when it came to launching Composite Creatures, it was mid-pandemic, and so online was the way. And I really enjoyed it! And I always enjoy speaking at events, sitting on panels, and supporting others.

So I’m being brave, facing my fear, and DOING IT. Launch, here I come!
