I’ve been quiet, I know. But the last thing I’ve been is still.

Over the last two months, I’ve finished my third novel, been through some pretty hefty home renovations, and had a baby.

Our second child, baby Runa.

And like when my – now toddler – was born, I’m doing a call-out for stories. Stories are pretty important in our family. Learning through imagination is how we all prefer to explore. We can’t help it. So I’m starting Runa early on the road to narrative delights.

So please do let me know your picture book recommendations for all babies and toddlers. What do your children love to listen to? What do you love to read aloud? Or do you write or illustrate picture books yourself?
