Pretty much as soon as Mothtown has been announced, I’ve been busy doing interviews about it. Such an exciting time!

It normally takes a while for me to find a way to talk about new books, as the way they’re seen by readers hasn’t actually sank in yet. How I feel about a new book is usually a twisty, turny, maelstrom of ideas and themes and feelings, and it’s only when I’ve talked about it for a while that I find a coherant way of sharing what I actually mean.

The following interview is probably evidence of my mental meanderings!
