Who doesn’t love losing themselves in ancient tales and mythical retellings?

I’m honoured to be included in a new anthology of twenty linocut-illustrated short stories inspired by how myths travel and grow. Whispers in the Earth: World Folklore Reimagined represents a coming together of twenty authors from across science fiction and fantasy who all believe that the ancient tales are more alive than ever.

And to make the book even more wonderful, each tale is illustrated with its own hand-carved linocut illustration by artist and author Gabriela Houston. And believe me, they are BEAUTIFUL.

The book is at the centre of a Kickstarter campaign, offering an ebook, paperback and special edition hardback. All physical editions of the anthology will be produced by The Broken Binding and if we hit our stretch goals, the hardback will receive a digital sprayed edge.
